Health and Wellness Utopias for Inner City Children Across America
In the midst of horrific violence across America, WIN USA will create health and wellness utopias across the nation.

In honor of the late Sean Cowdrey, who played soccer at Indiana University and was a blessing to everyone who met him, the vision of the Sean Cowdrey Complex is to create a loving space where children are nurtured, lives are transformed and character is built.
Every child in America deserves a safe place to WIN.

- Intramural Sports (flag football, volleyball, baseball and soccer)
- Varsity and JV Team Sports and Facilities
"Children in organized sports have a built-in support system with their coaches and teammates."...which dramatically helps their mental and emotional health.

- Yoga and Ballet Classes
- Dance Studios and Meditation Spaces
Studies on youth yoga and ballet programs reported that mindfulness activities “...serve to increase youths’ skills for coping with stress."

- Community Gymnasium, Baseball and Footballs Fields
- Strength and Weight Training Rooms
With 4 million uninsured children in the United States, WIN USA will also provide health care through our partner OnMed

Dr. Mike Franz, MD
Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry:
"The mental health and wellness of at-risk youth in our cities is at a critical moment and all too often neglected.
WIN USA would make a significant, positive impact on the psychological and physical health of children and adolescents in every major city."
Led by nationally recognized social entrepreneur Earl Martin Phalen, the first WIN USA utopia - - the Sean Cowdrey Complex will be completed in 2028.
Our committed partners include the NFL, NBA and the Lilly Endowment.
In the midst of violence across America,
the mission of WIN USA is to improve the lives of inner city children by creating health and wellness utopias across the nation.
The first oasis is in Indianapolis.
The second WIN USA oasis will
be in Kansas City.
